TheReS-URG/n is dedicated to regulating the amount of breathing air for the purpose of protecting the breathing system when air is supplied form the air compressor. It is recommended to use the regulating system as the part of the equipment for protective helmets..
The ReS-URG/n regulating system is dedicated to regulating the amount of breathing air that flows to the air helmets used by sand blasting and shot blasting operators, as well as for hoods supplied from treated air compressors.
The ReS-URG/n regulating system consists of a pinned valve equipped with a knob for regulating the amount of inflowing air, a quick connector meant for connecting ‘the supply’ (treated air), a damper made from porous sinter placed in the transparent ‘glass’ and a lap belt where the regulating system is fixed.
The breathing air is supplied to the quick coupling through a hose with 10 mm internal diameter. The air flows through the valve on which the inflow level is set. Next the air goes through the damper which reduces the level of noise connected with the flowing air. The damper casing allows for visual control of air purity. You can regulate the air flow by changing the position of the knob. The system is constructed in such a way as to make it impossible for the air flow to be fully closed.
